Laura Contreras
(She/Her/Hers)
Born in Colombia, I immigrated to Canada with my family in the late 90s. I have always enjoyed being active and grew up playing soccer and trying out different sports. I enjoy helping people and my community in various capacities and have had many life experiences to guided me to pursue massage therapy as a profession.
I was a Zumba/ fitness instructor for 5 years and personal trainer for 3 years. I loved working with clients one on one and wanted to do more to help them feel their best.
I became a mom in 2016 and took a course for baby massage. I noticed the benefits that massage had on my baby right away. I had an RMT come to my house post partum to provide treatments for me to help me sleep better and reduce the tension and pain from pregnancy and breastfeeding. A seed was planted when I experienced the benefits that massage had for both me and my baby. When I had my second baby in 2019, I decided that I would pursue massage therapy to help others.
I have been fortunate to work with many different people, including children, seniors, people with disabilities, athletes, and people in various stages of healing from surgeries or dealing with different medical conditions.
I feel confident that we can work together to improve your wellbeing.

Niloo Souri
Niloo is a registered physiotherapist and certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, movement retraining, and return-to-sport planning. Originally trained in Iran, where she completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Physiotherapy, she brings a strong foundation in movement science and a whole-body approach to care.
She has completed full STOTT PILATES® certification—one of the leading contemporary Pilates education systems—and continues her advanced orthopaedic training through the Orthopaedic Division as part of her pursuit of the FCAMPT designation (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy), a recognized advanced credential in North America.
Her approach centers on detailed movement assessment—looking at how the body functions as a chain. She identifies missing links in strength, endurance, and tissue behaviour (including ligamentous stiffness or laxity) that may be contributing to inefficient movement patterns and persistent pain. From there, she helps clients build more sustainable movement habits that reduce discomfort and support long-term change.
Niloo combines hands-on assessment and manual therapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation to improve alignment, control, and functional movement. She supports a wide range of clients—from those navigating long-standing pain to individuals recovering from injury and working toward a safe, confident return to sport.
Outside the clinic, Niloo enjoys rock climbing, dancing, Pilates, and acroyoga—practices that continue to shape her understanding of movement, and creativity beyond the clinical setting.
